An individual pin login allows you to have secure access to your messages from any phone in the organisation. The group management feature allows you to set up teams conveniently and send messages to a group of mobile recipients. Every message sent from the phone will contain a unique identifier which is usually your extension number, so that the recipient will know how to reply directly to your IP phone. When an IP phone receives an SMS, you will be notified with an audio prompt and text notification on the LCD.
